At Street Collection, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within South Africa and aim to deliver your order within 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, our dispatch process typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed later that day or on the following business day.
Please Note
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended. While we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays of up to 14 business days may occasionally occur. If your order is affected by any significant delay, we will notify you accordingly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Deliveries are fulfilled through our trusted courier partners, including Aramex and The Courier Guy.
Should there be any unexpected delays due to stock availability, sizing issues, or courier-related matters, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date.
Delivery Information
- We currently deliver within South Africa only.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- A valid physical street address is required for delivery.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work directly with the courier service to investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
